Today Bo Simpson teaches us how to properly harvest zucchini. Contrary to yellow squash, which can be simply twisted off the plant, zucchini must be harvested with a knife in order to ensure that the stem does not separate from the zucchini leaving exposed flesh that will quickly rot.
